• Payment must be completed before order processing begins
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved online payment methods
• Menu items are subject to availability

Delivery Terms

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once dispatch begins
• We require a valid phone number for all deliveries
• Customers must be available to receive delivery at the specified address

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information and contact details
• Inspect orders upon delivery and report issues immediately
• Inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering
• Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery time

All content, including menu items, recipes, and branding, are the property of Victoria's Home Made Restaurant and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Victoria's Home Made Restaurant is not liable for:

• Delivery delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Issues arising from incorrect customer-provided information
• Food allergies when not informed in advance
• Quality issues reported more than 4 hours after delivery

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria and the state of Enugu.
